Log in dialogue
The area on the Global Collaborative menu that allows you to log on. A banner at the top says 'Log in'. Below that, an input box asks for your user name. Then an input box asks for your password. Below that is a button labled 'log in'. Below these boxes is a link that asks 'Forgot your password?' and one that asks 'New user?'.
